Signpost - map label?

Can we get a "Signpost" structure that allows us to set up a map label? This can be handy for finding your way around a huge factory, and for neat labeling of various districts of your factory complex.

A fairly simple request I think, since the coding should largely already be present - a railless station can be used as a workaround for this, but that can be a hassle since those end up in the rail station list which makes setting up train schedules annoying if the station list is huge.

Suggested recipy: Iron pole + Electronic circuit

Map labels will be implemented in 0.15, as has been stated in Factorio Friday Facts #180 and #183.
