New robot: Upgrade robot.

TL;DR: This robot has 2 inputs: upgrade-from and upgrade-to. He's a sort of combination logistics + construction 'bot.

(In fact, maybe that's his cost to build: 1 logBot + 1 conBot.)

Example use case: find slow track; replace it (upgrade) with express track.

Or Find assembly-plant 1, upgrade to assembly-plant 3.

Etc.
