Right now we have to click this search button to text search for mods:
But it's not like that search bar is taking up valuable screen real-estate.
I am positively awful at GIMP, which I really wish worked like MS Paint (how does anyone learn that thing!? I should really just install wine and use actual Windows 95 MS Paint, my needs would be much better served by it).
Anyhow, please forgive my awful and pretty half-assed mock-up, but what about something vaguely like this, from the get-go?

Just a note: ctrl + F opens and focuses search bars by default. Right click clears the text in (every?) text field.
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.

Off topic... I’ve never used GIMP so don’t know how this compares, but have you tried Paint.net? That’s what I use for all of the image editing I do, which granted is not typically very complex.golfmiketango wrote: ↑Mon Jun 24, 2019 9:13 pmI am positively awful at GIMP, which I really wish worked like MS Paint (how does anyone learn that thing!?
