Delete BP book from Shared blueprints/Game Blueprints

Simple as title suggested.

Currently if you want to delete a book from your OWN library you have a super nice delete + confirmation button.
In the map shared section however, you dont, you have to delete all the BP's in the book before it dissapears.

TLDR: Give a delete BP book option to delete a book from the "Game Blueprint" section that is saved in the map.
