Delete assembling machine recipe

I tried to delete an assembling machine recipe with the existing API, but it does not seem possible.

entity.recipe = nil
Cannot execute command. bad argument #-1 to '__newindex' (string expected, got nil)

entity.recipe = ""
Cannot execute command. Unknown recipe:

Good point. I'll add that option: entity.recipe = nil
