Locomotive Snapping

As discussed in the #factorio IRC.

It would be a nice feature to snap locomotives to stations. Currently to align a locomotive properly; we have to place down a train, give it fuel and then send it to go to the station.

Haha, makes sense, normally what i do is place the train down first and then the station
