I have seen these on peoples names once they have about 500 posts.
How about have them the opposite of smart inserters.
Smart inserter move only items which are in there filters.
Filter Inserters could move any items BUT items in there filters.

Great idea. I wonder if the art and code already exists and is hidden somewhere deep in the hard drives of the devs, waiting to be found and released with the next version
