EDIT:
I have managed to get a save where the crash happens almost instantly after you open it, with the same error everytime. Something related to rails I think. I suspect one of the trains far away in the base is causing it, and it seems to happen no matter what (ignore my comment above about the double headed train).
I attached the save file and new logs to go with.
