Sensor voltage fluctuations

a sensor that monitors the voltage drop across the network.
principle of operation is that the two groups of pumps operate in a closed circuit , but connected to different networks . when one of the networks voltage drops , the water level in the tank will vary , depending on the magnitude of the voltage drop .
