Mod ideas RFC: logistics modules : build from toolbelt

Let's cover build from toolbelt first.
If we have an item on the toolbelt that we don't have in the inventory, I would like to be able to queue one up by left clicking on the toolbelt item.

Logistics modules for well anything that has an inventory, mainly thinking of factories.
e.g. A tier 1 requester module in a gun turret would request 1/10th of a stack of ammo (using current ammo or reserved).
In a factory it would request it's ingredients.
As tiers progress 1/4, 1/2, full stack of item.
The usual behavior for passive provider, active provider and buffer modules.
