Looking for: Place/delete ores/oil without console

I'm looking for a mod to place or delete any type of resource (iron, cooper, stone, coal, oil or uranium) without having to use the console.

I used to use Mining Tools+
https://mods.factorio.com/mod/MiningTools
But that is 0.16

The mod author (binbinhfr) has lots of mods to update to 0.17 I am sure he'll get around to it.
