Well if the intent is to get the steam moving in the right direction at a higher rate, then yes

I've had to use a decent number of pumps in a stackable / expandable reactor plant design I've been working on. I really do wish water flowed a bit better on its own though. It's hell trying to get enough water to a large plant, even with the pump / offshore pump improvements.
