[raiguard][2.0.55] Fusion Reactor not sending Plasma to some of its Generators

What did you do?
Placed this blueprint for a 3.5GW Fusion Reactor

What happened?
Only about 3GW is available and part of the reactor is not receiving Plasma
What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
3.5GW to be available and for all of the generators to be receiving Plasma
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?

The bottom left area of the screenshot shows 4 generators not receiving Plasma. If I remove the lower of the 3 active generators in the bottom left section, the other generators all immediately receive Plasma and start working again.

I noticed 128029/122346, but I haven't been able to get them to change by deconstruction or by removing power load from them or anything yet, and that bug was marked fixed in an older version than this. Could be the same issue, the generator with an output pointing into the reactor in/out causing it.

This is happening because one of your generators is sending plasma back into the reactor, which is bottlenecking the reactor from producing enough plasma to satisfy all downstream generators.

Not a bug.

For 2.1 I have prevented fusion generators from outputting plasma into fusion reactors, which fixes this issue.
