[0.9.8][0.10.1] Small issue with shadows

This time it is a very small issue. The shadow of south to north oriented refineries aren't shown at some positions. When you go right, the shadow disappears to early. Properly there are some culling values not correct. Minor issue, but it should be very easy to fix and reproduce.
