[0.11.11] Inserters grab items off robots flying overhead.

Idle inserters can grab items off of robots which are flying overhead.

This bug is most probably the cause of this.

That should go in some sort of hall of fame of weirdest bugs.
I could imagine that it's not such a big deal from a technical point of view (just another inventory in reach of the inserter) but it sounds totally awesome.

I just wanted to create a bug report for the exact same thing. My coal line was getting polluted with solar panels while upgrading from steam to solar.
