[1.1.5] Unable to grab robots above ore patch

I can provide savefile with the exact situation, I am standing right next to bunch of robots that I cant grab.

This is intended behavior by the developers. The rationale is that especially when you have many robots, they would be annoyingly in the way if they always took precedence over the thing underneath them.
