[QoL] Add ALT-scroll for big tooltips

TL;DR
Sometimes tooltips gets too big and portions of it are cut off. Add a feature where using the controls ALT+Mouse scroll allows you to scroll through the tooltip, making reading large tooltips easy and simple.

Currently quality repair packs only have greater durability, which isn't that useful, especially since by the time you have quality repair packs you already have more than enough resources to mass-produce them, and their stack size is very high which makes durability even more redundant.

Ice melting is sort of the opposite of what the cryoplant does. It cools things, while ice melting is definitely a heating process.

EDIT: Apparently, in the real world, cryogenic plants do not actually melt ice, rendering this forum obsolete. I won't delete it yet, in case anyone wants further discussion.

I agree. There is no where in-game that shows this, and it took me hundreds of hours to find out. It definitely should be implemented for ease of usage.

I also think this should also show for speed modules, since they modify the machine's pollution output, too.

Yes, the tooltips appear if you put your mouse cursor over something.

Move your mouse to somewhere else, like the edge of the screen or some of the blank space in the Quickbar.
This still happens when you are in space (black 'out of map'), which I assume is a bug.

Hello, I am known as Iridium235 on the wiki.
After editing the infobox, the description disappeared, only the infobox remained. What happened?

Edit: The part I added in was the "recycling result" (2nd last line).
