That is not a bug, if you send an item signal it will set the first recipe that produce that item.

The second crash is unrelated and shows a likely bit flip, this is a hardware problem.

This suggests a hardware problem, make sure you are on the latest bios for the raptor lake defect. If you find a way to reliably produce the crash let us know, see 114778.
