The 13900KS has the warranty extended to 5 years, that is longer than it is on the market so it should be no problem getting it replaced.

You waste fuel if a reactor is at 1000°C while burning it. Heat exchangers create steam from heat, if you don't have enough of them you decrease the maximum output.

Those crashes are indeed random, so they are caused by a hardware issue. See 114778.

I/O error sounds like a hardware issue, can you reproduce the crash with the save you provided?

That is not a bug. It is not counting missing items, it is counting entities with construction jobs that could not be performed and they cannot all be checked at once.

Bots cannot upgrade entities with different collision boxes, if you found a way for them to do that provide exact steps please, see 3638.
