Re: Friday Facts #393 - Putting things on top of other things

I like the FFF393 story telling and the proposed updates. The only thing I want to mention is that you did not have to say you ran out of colours, because the only color you did not use so far, is the one that is used in the robotic industry, the ORANGE colour for the robots, for visibility and safe...

Re: Friday Facts #365 - Future plans

Congratulations on your milestone and for snagging Earendel, I love his Space Exploration mod! We will have a bright Factorio Future Forever! Your approach to forthcoming work sounds very well thought out. No need to rush publishing too many new things, as in my opinion we have several hundred hours...

Your game updates and FFF articles are most appreciated. I would rather read your articles than watch the crappy news and enjoy your great game. Thank you very much! To the moon! Like GameStop. :D

Re: Friday Facts #356 - Blueprint library for real

Great story about human's/Kovarex's struggles to improve automation and about the happy ending with your son and having you back with the game/WUBE. I just hope that once the robots take over our lives, in the future, they will be kind to us and remember your hard work/toil to get there! :)

Re: Friday Facts #312 - Fluid mixing saga & Landfill terrain

Oh, one more wish for landfill: Can you program it so that after few turns, the brush of small tress start growing, and then aging? I need more wood close to the base, and also would like to set up an area for a tree farm. Thanks.

Re: Friday Facts #312 - Fluid mixing saga & Landfill terrain

Good report on efforts to fix fluid mixing. I was wondering if you could have two pipes travelling in the same direction, but carrying two different fluids work? Instead of having them automatically try to connect to each other and therefore not allowing two pipes to run in parallel? Also, regarding...

Re: Friday Facts #300 - Special edition

Wow, interesting read, good format and good to know that the team is working good together on the game that I love so much. You guys are so much younger than me, and managed to create such a great game. Its good to read that you all have special interests, so the game can go and evolve. I am just st...

Re: Perfect 0~drain Laser: Blueprintable and Chunky!

Hi, my download of your BP did not include red control wires, nor accumulators... Any idea why? Ah, never mind... download does not work if importing string into a BP book, as the download is a BP book of its own. In the former case only one wall with two deep lasers and poles and one switch was dow...

Re: [0.17.3] Crash caused by trains

Man, Kovarex, you are a quick one. Very diligent, my hat off to you. Your Dev team is really cranking out bug fixes, in only few hours of release 0.17.0. I have yet to try it, did not have time during the week, but BIG THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!

Then, I could put an alarm/horn and make sounds at 90, 95, 98, 99% so I would not miss the launch. Big thanks for the new version 0.17. Really exciting graphics and interface features! Looking forward to playing. Watched KoS and Tuplex do their first shows just now, theirs work fine! (https://youtu.be/el9Ih1gg3i4 and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_X31ca6U03U). I will wait till this weekend to p...

Re: Friday Facts #283 - Prepare to Launch

Speaking of silo improvements, I like the idea of needing several buildings to establish a launch site, requiring prerequisites. You could use what goes into making a silo as these different, adjoining buildings, which will stay after you build them, and use the existing resources as their icons, or...

Re: Dad-Torio

Nice story, thanks. I am also a 64 yo engineer. My son introduced this game to me in Nov. 2017, and by now, I have logged 2100 hours. Can't wait for 0.17 to be released. I play it more than he does. I would love to introduce this game to my 89 year old dad, who was an electrical designer, but his ey...

What, not released today, but you promised last week. I even left work early to see the new 0.17 release! Citation Needed. Last week, they said they were shooting for (not promising) a release the week of the 25th, which (checks calendar) it is not, currently. They also have said many times they wo...

Re: Friday Facts #283 - Prepare to Launch

I usually read these FFF's on Steam, this is the first time I signed into the Forum. Also, not it seems that there is a disconnection of developers of Factorio on Steam postings, never seen one being answered there as you did now, thanks for that opportunity, because this is the best game I ever pla...

What, not released today, but you promised last week. I even left work early to see the new 0.17 relase! Nice FFF post, but seriously, need the new relase. Rushed to finish the game on Wednesday, took Thursday to catch up on KoS videos, even Tuplex stopped broadcasting, and still no release? What wi...
