This was probably the case, since Windows autoselects allow firewall for internet but doesn't autoselect LAN network. I'll check that the next time!

Yesterday me and my friends had a LAN party, and we wanted to play factorio.
Due to a bad cable we didn't have any internet connection but we all were connected to the LAN.
I could ping my friends' computer and it gave a normal response, but I could not connect to my friends' LAN hosted ...
