+1, I think some way of controlling automatic artillery targets would be nice. In space age, a clear use case is not wanting your domesticated biters to get blown up if their food lapses, and you can imagine similar situations in mods. Tooltip is a useful place to put information. Sometimes the information you want to put can't be figured out at prototype stage, for instance if it's supposed to depend on what technology you have unlocked.
