They were amongst the oldest and most recurring suggestions.

Also, if you don't like them, you can turn them off.

Yeah, they're not exactly a big deal if you disable them. Which is exactly what I do since I don't find them to really add anything myself. Though this does bring up a tangential subject for me: Is there any plan to allow us to save world presets from the world generation screen? Cause I get tired of having to manually set every single slider every single time (which is an enormous chore with Bob's Mods) despite using more or less the same settings every time.

Honestly it's kinda surprising that it hasn't been added yet seeing as it should be ridiculously simple compared to most things they do in a given update. Good to see it's been suggested and heard by the devs at least though.

We want a bug number COUNTDOWN somewhere. Not something we need to actively easter egg hunt in forums, or read each and every FFF for carefully. We need a DIRECT LINK to that number, with a live graph of bugs left unclosed over time if you can pull it off. I SENSE A GREAT NEED.

There's no such thing as a finite number of bugs. Something will always break.

What do they add to the game except a temporary annoyance?
Well, i'm asking you Why it's an annoyance. You replied with a question, and that's no answer.

I'll answer that when you answer mine.

In the early game i use them as walls, so i don't have to make more walls than i need to.
I don't mind that they don't let me build stuff where i want - i can just go around, or just blow them up if i find them That annoying. You'll need to research chemicals anyway - making bombs is something to produce in the interim of you not making anything better.

wall argument is not that great cause they are random not where I want them.
I do mind. AB... to get explosives takes a while and until then I swear at them way to often. So they are just bad and annoy me -> remove it from my save.
