[0.13.15] Rail signal circuit render layer order wrong.

We are aware of them, but they have low priority. We have more important things to do. They go here in order not to take space in the main bug thread list.

[0.13.15] Rail signal circuit render layer order wrong.

A slight render layer(?) bug. Walls render above rail signals, and rail signal circuit connections render above the lower part of trains.
(Not affected by force opengl)

This is not so easy to fix, so i will put it into minor issues

I am quite sure it would look even more wrong if rail would be drawn over the signal, so pretty much only solution would be to not allow to build signals in that position.
