[0.7.0] 64bit Alien genration

Hello Sorry for my bad English,

when i Generate a new Game with Settings: ( from Screen "factorio1.jpg")

Than the Aliens spawns near the starting point and the Alien bases is not very small, low and poor.
(See the Map and Screenshot on the Start)

I can see that problem only with the settings from the 1. screenshot.
i have download the zipped version from factorio 0.7.0 64bit

I hope you can understand my gibberish.

Hello, the bug of alien bases near the player (starting area not working correctly in other words) has should have been fixed in 0.7.1

Actually there was still a small error with VeryBig starting areas. This was because of an array overflow. Will be fixed in 0.7.2.
