Currently working on it but it takes some time. Apparently turrets don't like me so they are probably not gonna be in the next update. Instead i am working on making Waitex compatible with other mods that uses base textures!.FishSandwich wrote:Eagerly awaiting more updates..

Excuse my ignorance but I keep getting a info.jason can't be found.
All other mods (bobs) work but this one crashes the game instantly.
Just a bad download and I need to re download it or am I missing a step.
Perhaps instructions for those new to factorio would be helpful.

I have no clue how this thread has no replies since aug but I assume it's because people are enjoying it a lot. There is some really well programmed mods out there etc. But this has to be me most fav mod.

Yep that's hopefully what's happening. Most mod threads out there are bumped by either great discussions or bug reports. Currently working on the next update which should allow WaiTex better compatebillity with other mods and add additional textures such as transport belts.

I Should add that WaiTex 0.8 might have a few problems with mod compatebility, like textures not being applied when they are supposed to. Should be fairly easy to fix( i hope) if any bugs are found.
AllowedTextureChanges.lua doesn't work that well when other mods are use,d so i have to fix that.
WaiTex 0.8 has been tested against DarkShadowsMegaModpack where it worked like a charm and decreased vram usage with 500mb compared to WaiTex 0.7.1!
