[0.7.5] Can't play supply scenario

After the mission instructions (pressing tab) the scenario quits with an error message

By the way, I tested first few levels of the map, and it seems to be harder than before, because the burner mining drills are still too slow (from the time we unified the burner energy internals).
We made burner mining drills 66% faster last update, but it still is too slow in my opinion.
I believe that making burner mining drills faster will help to speed up the starting phase as well as the tutorial levels.
