0.12.27 Crash after few minutes

Tried the demo from the site, loved it. Bought it on Steam.
After some starting problems (removing demo, rebooting, reinstalling steam version) started playing.
It now crashes after a few minutes.
Attached are the log files.

System specs:
Intel i5 4690K
24Gb Ram
Geforce GTX 970
Running from a Crucial BX100 250Gb
windows on Samsung 840 500gb

I hope to get it running, I loved the demo and hate to use the refund option on steam.

You probably have something that uses RivaTuner Statistics Server (for example MSI Afterburner, EVGA PrecisionX or other HW monitoring software). Older version of this software breaks DirectX 9 on Windows 10. Disable it or update it to current version to fix the crashes.

Thanks but fixxed it an other way (just forgot to post it because.. well.. damn addictive game you got here)

I'm running windows 10 and running as admin under windows 8 compatibility mode seems to work just fine.
