Disk usage 100% with other application

Hello,
i have small problem, if i have running Factorio, other applications are using 100% of the disk and speed is really slow, if i stop Factorio and run these apps again, it's fast. Where is problem? I have Steam version, thanks for help.

It sounds like you have not enough RAM and your system is swapping a lot.

I have
CPU: i5 2400
GPU : MSI GTX 960 2GB
RAM : 8GB (DRR3)
Disks : 250GB and 500GB

8GB RAM in enough. So, I don't know. After Factorio is loaded, it accesses disk only to play music, load/save saves and write to logs. Check how big factorio-current.log is. Is should be few hundred kilobytes at most.

It's okey now, i restarted pc and now it works fine.
I will get know if this will happen again
