Weird Multiplayer Problem

Hey guys :)

I got a weird Multiplayer Problem:

While i can host Factorio Games, forwarded needed ports and be happy, i can't join on the server of my friend!
- We're 4 People, all other 3 can connect to his Server, and all can connect to mine - so why can't i connect on his server? I really dont get it ._.

Even with a new IP Adress, Router restarts, PC restarts, im still unable to connect to the server of my friend - while other Friends are still able to connect to his Server..
