Change: Upload information - saved games and blueprint strings to specified public/private cloud (possibly 3rd party service, i.e. dropbox) as an option. Open API for blueprint sites, i.e. factorioblueprints.com and similar.
Why: Sharing saved games and blueprints between both own computers, and within player community.

Re: Cloud features for saves / blueprints
I second the proposal. Great idea. Its painful to having to make the same designs over and over again just to copy them. It would be great if we could just access our account or even import them from somewhere and have some kind of "Blueprint book" (Just like that mod which I dont recall it's name). It'd be useful to be able to test other player's designs

Yes! Korvex plz
Re: Cloud features for saves / blueprints
If you play on Steam then savegames are already synced with the Steam Cloud.
Make sure it is enabled in the settings:
Right click on Factorio in the library --> Properties --> Updates --> Enable Steam Cloud synchronization for Factorio

Re: Cloud features for saves / blueprints
I sync my saves to Dropbox from the very beginning
Just moved saves to some Dropbox subfolder and made a symbolic link from Factorio saves into that Dropbox subfolder.
No sweat. Doing the same thing with all saves from all games for long
The only "complex" thing is you need a tool to create symlinks. There is quite a number of such, but I just use the Far Commander.
Still, maybe developers could do something to simplify the process for regular users.
