UI Size Issue (And Other Graphical Problems)

So I open up my power grid information and the UI is too big, I tried changing the UI size in graphical settings, but nothing changed, . It is so big to the point where some o the information is not visible. Also when mousing over buttons, I get a weird thing that makes it looks like it is glitching out, a sort of triangle appears AR a mouse over, it is hard to describe. I just got a new computer and this issue didn't happen on my old one, so I think it has to do with resolution, but changing my resolution had no effect, granted I did not try all of the resolutions.

Can you post a screenshot? That is probably the easiest way to see what you mean. I've never heard of size problems with the electrical power information.

It's not just electrical, but that one is the most blown out of proportion

See how both are too big? Many other things are like that too.

That UI is way too big. I don't think it's even possible to set it that high on purpose, it looks somewhat bigger than 200%.

Does it help if you change the UI scale in the settings to a value below 100% (like 75% or 50%)? Make sure the Custom radio button is selected there.

Also, please post a Log File.

Put it onto the lowest setting, still no improvement

Try changing the scaling by manually editing the config-file. (win+R > %appdata%\factorio)

I could not find quite a few of the things you listed, even with control f

Open the Run-Dialog with Win+R -> "%appdata%\factorio\config"
open the "config.ini"
either search for "custom-ui-scale" or look for it somewhere around line 127
change "custom-ui-scale=X" to "custom-ui-scale=1" (X is the specific number in your config, regarding to the log, it might be 2.5)
