trains get stuck running into gates when they are placed next to the stop

you can see it at the stations labeled "z-*" northeast of starting area a minute after loading

Hello,
I went to do some biter and spawner "cleaning" and when I went to the main train junction, all the trains stood in place. The reason for that is that the train got somehow stuck in the gate. I don't know how to reproduce, attached the save and log, It doesn't cause any crashes or problems.
I an using the mods FARL 0.5.3 and true long reach 0.1.0
(sorry for bad english)

I can confirm that the train crashes in the gate on this save
It seems that issue is, that the train in waiting in the gate area for the signal to turn green and in between the gate is closing again pining the train.
