Hi all,
I am aware that there has been the water pump and train station desync loops, but I have just found another. This one seems to be for no apparent reason. My server box is a little Gigabyte Brix with the Intel Celeron inside, it's a dual core unit. I have never had any issues with it before in all of 0.13.x and 0.12.x so I know it can't be my box that's the issue. However I have noticed when running "top" in the shell I get 127% as the usage with just the "factorio" process for about 1 second and then it drops to <10%. After which I download the map and join the server. Then about 1 second in the desync happens and it keeps happening in an infinite loop.
The setup i'm rocking is this:
Gigabyte Brix (With the celeron, which is the "server") Note: I am playing over a local network not over the internet so latency is not the issue.
My rig:
Intel Core i5 4690k
16GB RAM
GTX 750ti
My laptop (for mobile factorio-ing)
Intel Core i3
IGPU
4GB RAM
I have also rebooted the server and the Game Server, disabled the --latency-ms and set it higher to test if that is the issue.
For debugging purposes I have the game logs and desync reports.

Thank you for the help (In advance) and I hope there's a solution.

Should be resolved for 0.13.4.

Your links does not link the files, please post it in code notation.
And please upload the logs from 13.4.
And please upload the desync-report (from 13.4 as well).
What were you doing when the desyncs happened?
