To me it just looks like an assembling machine obscured by a power pole and steam. It's got that truncated steep pyramid with rounded corners look. Though when compared to the two assembling machines in the further background, top-left corner, it does seems to be a somewhat different model.

The assemblers aren't that high, though? They're more like pyramid stumps with mechanical arms and gears sticking out. This one is actually pyramid shaped with no mechanical arms, it's all pipes and stuff

I don't think it is... these don't have as much details, they're more like big pipes all over. And don't have the pyramid like base.

About assemblers, there's 2 at the top left clearly. Also a bit to right from the machine is what looks like a chemical plant. So what we have here doesn't appear to be either of them. Call it artistic freedom? ;)

na there is a substation directly above it and it has an inserter pointed at it. maybe it an electric furance
