Extra campaigns

So I was thinking about getting the furnace attendant package, but I was wondering how the challenge maps will be available when the full game comes out, or comes out on steam. Will everyone get them? Will I have to buy them again? I would to figure this out so I can get this awesome game.

Hi, all the content from the higher tiers will stay accessible for you even after we start using steam.

In steam language, it would just mean that you have extra DLC because you paid for them in the first place, seems easy enough to apply, at least.
