[0.14.13] Load menu without any saved games looks weird

Deleting the last save makes it render correctly as an empty list, but going back into load game makes it come up like this. Replay game menu does the same.

Not important at all, just a minor detail.

Thanks but I think as long as it works correctly we can live with that, .15 will change the GUI anyway so that might "fix" it.
