It appears that Worker Robot Cargo Size is now missing from the tech tree.
When looking through the tech tree, I have been unable to find it. In particular looking at techs enabled by Logistic Robotics (where it was previously) I only see Logistic System, Character Logistic Slots, and Character Logistic Trash Slots.
Based on this recent post, it sounds like it should still a part of the game although possibly renamed to Logistic Robot Cargo Size.
It has also now appeared as a feature request.
As either a limited or unlimited tech, it would be nice to see this tech brought back.

I found it now too. Prerequist changed to Robotics instead of Logistic Robotics.
