[0.15.12] UI with research bug - mismatch values

1st time posting long time playing, over 2k hrs
now on to the ''bug''
I play moded so maybe the reason is that, but take a look and see

omg do i feel like a noob right now
it is a mod problem, it looks like when in the mod i chose auto research it just kept displaying the same value on the top screen. i apologize and hope i do not make people angry about this
will try to contact mod creator if possible
