I made a setup for a 8 nuclear reactors, but running into difficulties I can't explain.
Maybe someone more experienced could have a look why it isn't working as expected?

THere are 56 heat exchangers to feed 80 steam turbines, which should be fine as perfect ratio is 112:193.
But, unfortunately, Not all turbines are working.
I checked heat pipe temp, all > 502°, water supply, all good. Nevertheless it seems there is not enough steem.

Off the cuff..

Your 8 reactors should handle over 100 exchangers so that looks good.

As a quick test I might recommend putting a pump at the end of each line of exchangers just before your underground pipe. If it's an issue of clogged steam pipe that should help. If it does help then you need to divide up your steam output for more bandwidth.

if you hover over the last exchangers in the line are they holding steam? Unable to push it into the pipe?

p.s. you can probably shut down two reactors in your current setup.
p.p.s I also recommend adding steam storage tanks and using a wire condition to stop loading fuel until steam reaches some level. Conditions for only loading 1 fuel would also be beneficial.

You're water starved. Heat exchangers need ~100 water/second apiece, and as a basic rule of thumb, you generally need to start thinking about pump assistance once you go beyond 1000/second through a single piece of pipe, so there's no way you're getting enough water for all 56 heat exchangers.

Had a chance to go look at your setup in game and I agree with the last post. Water is simply not getting through. I was able to reorganize your offshore pumps and pipes so that 1 water pump fed 1 row of heat exchangers and the whole system lit up like Christmas. The correct ratio of offshore pumps to exchangers looks like about 1-10. Your ratio wasn't off by much but in .15 it only takes 1 offshore pump(not 2) to fill a pipe so half of your 6 connected pumps were going unused basically as you only had 3 pipes coming in. In the image below I am using 8 pumps but 6 SHOULD do the job provided your manifold is 6 pipes instead of 3.

Having said that, it's not big enough for your power needs currently.
