2 Player FPS Drop. need 0.15 Build Workshop series.

Hello every one. I'm new at playing this game. and I don't know why. I'm hook on it. I like building things and making them work. This game does have some good ideas. any way

My friend and I decide to play a MP game with each other. I have ran a server or he has ran one. the problem is that when I connect to him. The FPS is at 60. It's just I can't move a round, It's like I'm playing Frame by frame. so it's confusing why this is the only game we have this problem with. and when he connects to me. he has the same issue. Any one have any ideas why. What could cause this.

and last I been looking for the 0.15 Build Workshop series that has videos and info on setting up parts or full parts of bases. That includes the science packs. (I think the people who made the recipes for these are nuts.) since the recipes have nothing to do with science. The idea is to setup something that works and can make the packs to feed the labs.
