[0.15.31] Gate dedects no car.

Hey,
today i tried to construct a automatic car refueler. I had a very simple idea to build it...

I would say working as intended. Gates are meant to detect and open only for players and that's what the signal sends.
The mode of operation and it's tooltip mention that it reads the sensor data(not gate state) and the sensor is triggered by a player.
