Im not asking how to get full belt with electric drills, i NEED full belt of electric mining drills

ok, but you're posting in 'Show your Creations' which is where people show what they have made.
game play help is where you should have posted.

if you need a yellow belt of miners use creative mode mod
either with a 'matter source' connected to a belt(top), or a duplicator chest connected to 'loader' (cheats/team cheats/player/enable loaders' recipes)
