Flickering when holding placeable stuff over item info GUI

Grab a small electric pole.
Mouseover the item-info GUI (the one that says "small electric pole" and "electric demand satisfaction")

That GUI prevents the item from being placed => gui disappers => item can be placed => gui appears => flashing.

I am not sure whether the GUI simply shouldn't block the item from being placed
OR
it should actually be hidden until the pole gets actually placed.

Now the item picture is missing in the item info GUI
