[Bug] Not sure this is supposed to happen

The picture shows a situation where I deconstructed a section of belt and ghosted a blueprint over it and then cancelled deconstruction on the sections of belt that did not actually conflict with the blueprint, this happened. I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to be able to have a blueprint for a yellow belt directly under a yellow belt.
