and rotate to route traffic onto the blue belt. You'll see the inner lane stall on the whole right half, playing with timing you can get it to stall even across a really huge air gap.

Ah, I saw the ~various compression fixes~ in the changelog and just ass-me'd that meant this was supposed to be fixed, yes, I think this is clearly a dup, sorry.
