Steps to reproduce:
1. Build some entity.
2. Mark it for deconstruction.
3. Build a ghost of the same type on the same spot.
Actual behavior: The deconstruction marked original and the ghost are now stacked
Expected behavior: The deconstruction marking should simply have been removed, creating one standard entity.
Reasons this should be fixed: Extremely annoying early game. I don't have bots but have marked my planning using blueprints. I built some belts, then decided I didn't like them and marked them for deconstruction. However, I changed my mind, and placed another blueprint on top of there, utilizing belts in that exact spot with that exact orientation. Unfortunately, how I have to go back and remove the deconstruct marking in addition to the ghosts.
Tested with various early game items on Windows 10, non-campaign with standard settings and no mods.

This the same behaviour as in 0.16, so working as intended. Make a suggestion if you want to make a suggestion
