[0.17.0] Pressing Rotate Toolbar Hotkey causes crash in intro scenario in Linux client

Pressing the rotate toolbar hotkey ('x' by default) while playing the intro scenario causes a crash in the Linux client. I've attached the save file that I originally had this occur in, however it occurs even in a freshly started intro scenario game.
