[0.17.1] UI (Minor): Checkbox (Installed Mods List) focus prevents arrow-key scrolling. (And other list UI issues.)

If you click on the list of mods (installed) you can use the arrow keys to navigate up & down.
However, there's a few things that cause problems:
- If you click in the checkbox to enable/disable a mod, you can use space to toggle it, but the arrow keys (up/down) don't change the selected mod.
- If you click on a mod in the list you can use the arrow keys to change the selected mod, but pressing space doesn't toggle enabled/disabled.
- You can use up/down to scroll beyond the list. (Already reported here, linking since it's related.)
- Delete key works when the list has focus, but not when the checkbox has focus.
- (Semi-related) Scrolling in the list (via mouse wheel) does not update the highlighted item under the cursor.

In short, the checkbox seems to steal focus from the list item itself (preventing up/down/del), & 'space' on the list item should toggle the checkbox.
