[0.17.4] Crash when cancelling research in queue

I've been able to reproduce this consistently on my machine.

I just added military science packs and am trying to change my research queue. Currently it is working on Mining productivity 1, with two more techs behind it in the queue. When I cancel mining productivity, the game crashes. I've had this happen roughly 5 times. Sometimes it continues responding long enough for me to put laser turrets in the queue, sometimes it crashes immediately.
