[0.17.4] Train wait time passed condition has maximum value of 120 seconds

I'm continuing a save game from an older version, where I had train wait time passed condition with 180 seconds.

After upgrading to 0.17, now the UI does not accept values higher than 120. Is this expected?

1) Edit a train schedule
2) Click "Add wait condition"
3) Click "Time passed"
4) Try to enter 180 seconds

Actual: UI does not allow you to set value to 180, with error message "Value out of range: please input value between 0 and 120"
Expected: I was able to use value 180 with 0.16 version
